About Project Read – Salt Lake County
Project Read is a Utah adult-literacy nonprofit that began in Utah County in 1984. Its Salt Lake County office in Murray offers individual tutoring and small-group instruction for adults 16 and older who read and write below a seventh-grade level, covering reading, writing, math and digital skills. Students need basic English speaking skills; others are referred to ESOL programs.
